Greetings Mustang Families
The Trinity Mustang Board of Directors wanted to take this opportunity to wish everyone the best in the new year. We would also like to take this chance to invite all of our families to join us for another exciting season in 2010! With the tremendous success we experienced last season, this year's potential is incredible and we look forward to all of our Mustangs
returning to take part in the excitement.
Some of you may have heard that the PPAL Trinity Mustang League had dissolved and moved to another youth sporting association. This could not be further from the truth. There have been many rumors regarding this topic, but we wanted to make sure all of our Trinity Mustangs were made aware that we are, and will be here for the upcoming fall season.
In regards to pricing for this season, we are still working on pricing but you can expect it to be somewhere from $160 to $180. We are also working on a referral program which will provide you with additional discounts as well a multiple child discount. Please stay tuned for details on this.
While there have been some previous board members that have left our organization to join another league, our current board is still very strong. It is also important to note that your current Board is totally committed to the success of our organization.
The Trinity Mustang League is a close knit group. We have grown from infancy to become a family of families. We are a neighborhood group that has served as so much more than just a sporting venue for our kids. We have made new friends and connections. Trips to stores are now chances to run into other Mustangs. Maintaining that neighborhood cohesion is one of the most important things to your Mustang Board of Directors. Other area leagues do not have area boundaries and are free to accept kids from any area. This allows for teams to be a selection of only the players with an advanced level of skill, creating an environment of exclusion for many of the other children.
The Trinity Mustangs will not lose sight of our original goal. To provide a safe and fun environment for our kids to learn and grow through sports. To become better athletes and better citizens. While winning will always be a goal, it will not be the only goal. We will not lose sight that our success is measured by the positive experiences of our kids. When deciding if your son or daughter will return to join us for the 2010 season ask yourself some a very simple question. Did my child enjoy participating with his peers, and enjoy participating in their sport? If that answer is yes, we would love the opportunity to share in that enjoyment with you and your family for another year as a member of the TRINITY MUSTANGS!!
The following is a quote from Tim Couet the Executive Director for PPAL
"The Sheriff's Office wishes the best to Shannon and Chris Housholder in their new venture with TBYFL. However, we want it be absolutely clear that the Trinity PAL organization will continue to be a cornerstone in the community encouraging our youth to participate in athletics. So keep an eye out for upcoming registration opportunities as we move forward to a successful 2010 season of
Trinity Mustang football and cheerleading!"
In addition we would like to invite you to become a fan of the Trinity Mustangs on Facebook. The page is “Trinity Mustangs Pasco Police Athletic league” From here you will have access to real time information including registration dates, spirit night, fundraising and any other
activities we have going on.
Warmest Regards,
Trinity Mustangs 2010 Board of Directors
